Fruit Bagging
Layer 1 — Pre-Harvest
In-field fruit care programme.
Bud Injection
Protects developing fruit from thrips damage (water-soak, corky scab).
Propping / Guying
Bamboo-pole support prevents plant tip-over and fruit loss.
Fruit Obstacle Removal (FOR)
Bridge leaves and followers trimmed away from developing fruit.
De-flowering & De-fingering (FDDO)
Correct hand shaping and removal of defective fingers.
Bunch Spray
Fungicide/insecticide mist protects the bunch from disease.
De-belling & Ribbon Installation
Weekly colour-coded ribbons give age traceability and guide harvest timing.
Fruit Bagging
Perforated polyethylene bags protect fruit from environmental hazards until harvest.
Layer 2 — Post-Harvest
Export inspection & cold-chain checks.
Size & Calibre Grading
Uniform export-grade size screening per customer requirement.
Colour & Maturity Screening
Hand-harvested at exact 75–80% export maturity (colour grade 1).
Visual & Defect Inspection
Screened for pest, disease, blemishes, or friction marks before packing.
Pre-Cooling & Cold Storage
Field heat removed within hours; stored at 13.5°C for bananas, 5–7°C for pomegranates.
Box Identification Stamping
Every box is stamped with an ID code linked to field procurement records.
Reefer Data-Logger Monitoring
Temperature data-loggers travel in every reefer container to destination port.
Layer 3 — Full Traceability
Every box stamped. Every lot recorded.
Every procurement lot is recorded through its full documentation chain, and every box carries an identification stamp. Because all records are saved end-to-end, any box or lot can be traced back to its field and harvest stage — making anomaly detection quick, accurate, and reliable.
